We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
Account Deletion Process
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal information, plant identification history, saved plants, and any other data associated with your account from our systems.
To delete your account:
- Open the PlantApp mobile application
- Go to Settings > Account
- Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
- Enter your password to confirm
- Select a reason for leaving (optional)
- Tap "Permanently Delete Account"
Important Note:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover any of your data.
